By using HotLink.cc you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

1.1The service is available to individuals and legal entities aged 18 or over who register an account, upload, watch or download files, or purchase additional services.

2.1Uploading your personal files (video, images, music, etc.) and giving third parties access to them.
2.2Watching and downloading files uploaded by other users.
2.3Sharing files with other users and third parties.
2.4Using the service as remote storage for your files.
2.5Purchasing additional services (Premium account) that extend the possibilities of the service, such as higher speed and traffic. A Premium account is not a purchase of the contents of any file.
2.6You alone are responsible for the files you upload and share. The service does not moderate files manually and does not scan them for viruses, but deletes files promptly upon a legitimate complaint from a third party.
2.7The administration may delete any file from the service at its own discretion.

It is forbidden to upload, store or distribute files that:

3.1Violate the laws of any country or international law.
3.2Infringe anyone's copyright, related rights, patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights.
3.3Harm minors in any form, including child sexual abuse material.
3.4Contain sexual content involving animals, necrophilia, violence, rape, incest, scat or any other material of this nature.
3.5Are hacked or otherwise illegal copies of software.
3.6Contain viruses or any other malicious software.
3.7Promote gambling, illegal weapon sales, or racist or sexist material. Publishing links to the service on sites that contain such material is also prohibited.

4.1Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4.2Spam: mass-mailing links to files by e-mail, messengers or any other channel.
4.3Using programs or services that imitate downloads or views, or obtain a file's download link without visiting its page (RapidGet, USDownloader, etc.).
4.4Enumerating file IDs or otherwise creating abnormal load on the servers. Offending IP addresses are banned, up to the entire subnet.
4.5Artificially inflating downloads, views or any other statistics of the service.
4.6Sharing a Premium account with other people (friends, relatives) or using it through debrid/leech services. Such Premium accounts may be deleted.
4.7Holding more than one account without prior agreement with the administration.
4.8Using HotLink.cc as a source of files for other file-sharing services.
4.9Any other actions that disrupt the normal operation of the service.

5.1The administration may remove the materials listed in sections 3 and 4, or restrict access to them, without prior notice.
5.2For violations of these Terms or of the law, including repeated ones, user and webmaster accounts may be restricted, suspended or deleted without prior notice.
5.3Complaints can be sent via the "Report abuse" link on the file page or through our support. Each complaint is reviewed individually. The procedure is described in the FAQ.
5.4If a complaint concerns a password-protected archive, the user must provide the password immediately. If the password is not provided, all of the user's files are deleted and the account is banned.
5.5Where necessary, the service cooperates with law enforcement agencies and provides the information available about the offending account.

6.1HotLink.cc is not responsible for the contents of uploaded files.
6.2You agree to indemnify HotLink.cc, its staff and agents against any claims, losses or demands of third parties, including legal costs, arising from copyright, patent or other property rights infringed by material you uploaded.

7.1We may change these Terms, or modify or suspend the service, at any time, with or without notice. HotLink.cc is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
7.2We may set general usage limits, such as disk space, number and duration of downloads.
7.3We may change prices without prior notice. New prices take effect once your current paid period ends.

8.1The standard Premium account traffic is 66 GB per 48 hours.
8.2Traffic is counted over the last 48 hours and is restored automatically as time passes. Your current remaining traffic is shown on the My Account page.
8.3When the limit is reached, Premium downloads become available again as soon as part of the traffic is restored.
8.4If you need more traffic (for example, for large files), contact our support. Where technically possible, we can increase your limit individually (for example, to 100–128 GB per 48 hours) or offer additional traffic for purchase.
8.5An individually increased limit is set at the administration's discretion and may be changed or revoked, in particular in case of a violation of section 4.

9.1To prevent fraud, a user may purchase no more than 2 additional services per day.
